The Palm At Playa - Hotel Review - Hotel You Should Avoid

We were really excited about our stay at the palm at playa in March 2020 - until corona happens.At the beginning we were thinking it is still okey hotel looks professional so we should not have problem with refund or at least rescheduling.

Until we really contacted their customer service. At first they told us we can reschedule for another month and we accepted but since corona time took longer than expected we still did not have chance to stay there. At the end the we still did not get any refund for the reservation we have done for March 2020. I am starting blog series to let you know all the process.

Lies to manipulate you - So you can not do chargeback.

We have been constantly said lies about we will get refund and we can reschedule. When we asked for refund they started to tell us their payment system does not work. We have always been told we should be patient and we will get our money. However after a year we still did not get refund and it turns out that all of their plan is making us wait so at the end we will not able to call our banks and do charge back. 

You can not contact them

The emails in their website it does not work. They keep giving you another email address which you can only learn from WhatsApp channels.

What happens after a year

When we contacted them about refund status they started to block us in Whatsapp. Our emails has not been answered for long time. When you send them message from social media they are saying we will let accounting now. But they also never answer

Basically if you check your comments in the Google Maps you will realize recently many people are doing the same comment. And I am really suspectful about positive comments since most of them is sent by local people.
